how can i stop the buffering???

Hi guys, new to this still
whilst trying to watch sport or movies it buffers every minute or so...most annoying and makes me think this is not worthwhile! Im on 30meg broadband and only have the xbox on the net so why do I get this problem, is der any settings I need change or some thing?

I think the fellas that know will need a debug log as a minimum to be able to help you out....

Chances are Sparky you are connected to a bad/over crowded source. You network speed may be great, but if they can't send it fast enough you will buffer.

I'm not sure this will solve your problem but when i had buffering issues it wored a treat for me.
