WebDAV, don't know what this is but HTTP only works for hosting websites not streaming or anything like this. Not even music is playable over http with the build in program.
I tried port 81 and 120 and nothing changes... Peak of 200 kb/s and then 50 kb/s and disconnect. Will now try WebDAV, whatever it is XD
EDIT: WebDAV access works but the same error appears.... My little smartphone with ES Data Explorer in combination with MX Player loads extreme much and only with a few connections but don't get the movie to run also but it doesn't quit to try^^
Could get mad of this
You can try WebDAV yourself
WebDAV Port 5006
Same user and pass.

WebDAV + FTP don't work... but in LAN everything runs perfect with such cheap programs like Quick'n'Easy FTP and stuff^^ unbelievable that Synology f*cks me up this way
did you test on windows yet? I had the same problem on linux xbmc, so you might do better to open a bug there, as they have lots of devs, and its more likely someone else with a similar setup might have a solution.
Win XBMC gives the same errors and the same graphs while downloading. My smartphone uses nearly max bandwith and this all the time but how i said also didn't play the video file at the end. The connection seems to be rebuild every few seconds on it.
Why does files smaller than 2,35 GB runs perfect^^ I don't get it... really what piece of sh!t. Maybe its the encode from the Avi? I know that i used another file which was bigger then 2,4 GB and it also wasn't played although it only was Xvid and not x264 encoded. In LAN everything runs perfect^
