Does your TV have COMPONENT IN?

Then you're better with the second one, you can enable HD mode (720p).

Wait for a bit longer for others to have a look at cable itself before you buy it, although at that price it's more the wait than anything else.

I've had no problems with that cable but I know others have experienced ghosting with it. Something you may want to consider.
