I made a xboxhdm cd using ndure, swaped my hdd and tried to install this. Well it let me get far thought everything was going good but then it said my drive was locked and now i tried to put it back in the xbox but i get green and red lights flashing. so how can i unlock the hdd to do the swap method if I can't even boot the xbox?
If I remove the ide cables from the hdd the xbox boots up till the splash screen, if the hdd is connected though it flashes green and red..
What do you guys suggest i do to fix this? thanks what route should i take

so im thinking i got the hdd stuck on unlock and wont lock again since i disconceted the power before it was done. I have the partitions open in the xplorer360 can i just install the old dash on the partition3 and will it work again?

Just buy a mod chip, you ca find an aladin or xecuter 2 easy
project media center "part one" (working progress): 6tb trusty 1.4ghz + 128mb v1.4 Xbox water cooled pc case with xenium ice, LCD, HDMI out and optical out.

If so, use xboxhdm to lock it, or indeed entirely rebuild your HD (or a new one) from scratch and lock it.
...or you could install a modchip like Prince says.
