Turn off elapsed time display on video playback

Post by johnkenyon »

I'm using version 3.2-r31195 with the Project Mayhem III skin, and some how I have managed to enable the (broken) display of elapsed time/time remaining when I play a video file, and I can't turn it off.

If I switch to Confluence, I still get the broken time display with the message "Seeking", so I guess it isn't "skin" related.

Can anyone tell me how to turn off this "feature"?

(When I say broken - I mean it doesn't actually display the correct elapsed time)

Sounds like a stuck thumbstick on a controller.

I had a controller and a DVD IR receiver plugged in, and I've just unplugged the controller - no dice.

However, pressing info and then pressing left and right arrows on the remote control to skip back and forward while playing a video file, seems to have sorted the problem out.
