Help with Upgrade Snag

Hello all you mod gurus,

After a long dormant phase of "if it aint broke don't fix it" I've recently ran into some sketchy playback with newer video files and decided to give the old girl an (overdue) upgrade.

I unzipped XBMC4XBOX-3.2-STABLE.zip and FTPd the extracted files in binary mode to e:/apps/XBMC2 on my device. I edited c:\evox.ini and added the following menu item
Item "XBox Media Center 3.2","e:\APPS\XBMC2\default.xbe"

When I boot up and get to the menu I have all of my usual menu items with the addition of the XBox Media Center 3.2 but it's grayed out so I can't select it.

I reinstalled it all to make sure I didn't miss something but to no avail.

Any thoughts out there on this?
