How to run scripts and emulators

I very new to this whole thing,
I have xbmc running on my xbox and installed some scripts but when I try to start them it keeps giving some error at the bottom of the screen, I also have some emulators installed, I hope I spelled that right '' emulator '' and have no idea how that works.. when I press the A buttom the screen goes black and xbmc restarts.
Also is there a way to watch netflix on xbmc? Please any help

We'll really need a debug log to see what's going on as it could be any number of things. Read this post for more info

Also which scripts are you trying to run and where did you get them from, was it XAI, SVN Repo Installer, Addons4Xbox Installer? Currently XAI is the best one to use as everything on there should be working, the other installers are very outdated but hopefully there might be something in the pipeline for a better solution soon.

And emulators should just launch and play like you tried, if the xbox went back to XBMC then you've got a problem with the emulator, might be missing files to make it work. I'd suggest transfering the emulator over again or start new, visit the EmuXtras guys for the latest Emu's.
