thanks - Although it would be more useful as "text" instead of an image so users can search it. I think we should have a single sticky with info about DEBUG Logs / Recovery etc - like all the most important info.

All of my stored data is in pics of some description sorry BuZz. Let's just say I'm glad it's here in a sticky somewhere. It is important information.

I know this may sound stupid, but in all my time with XBMC (5 years and I'm still a newbie), I've never seen these extra suggestions.
Perhaps that's my fault, but I really appreciate your ideas for trying to recover before posting a "help wanted" question.
