Subtitles and Dual Audio with XBMC

I have a few questions about media playback on XBMC

I've recently bought an upgraded Xbox with a bigger HDD. I have a lot of anime i'm going to be putting on the console and I'm wondering if XBMC will recognize the subs and if it supports Dual Audio. I'm also wondering if there's a way to auto default to english on it as well. I'd hate to have to manually switch languages/subtitles for each episode. They're all mkv files and it works fine in VLC. I'm just worried for when I end up transferring them over. I've never used XBMC before, and I wont be getting the console for another few weeks.

If this dosen't make sense sorry! I'm not very good at explaining.
