How do I transfer game saves to a new hdd?
How do I transfer game saves to a new hdd?
I am going to be putting a new hdd in my xbox soon and wanted to keep some game saves that I have. I have heard that in order to do this I would have to clone my original hdd to the new one but this seems like a pain. Is there a way to just extract the game saves from my original hdd and then transfer them to the new hdd?

They are stored in the UDATA and TDATA folders in the E partition, so you can just copy the whole lot across or go digging for the exact game saves you want.
