Kore and Yatse with XBMC4Xbox?

I was just wondering if Kodi remote apps still work on XBMC4XBOX, because I prefer them over the XBMC4Xbox remote as they are far more developed. In my experience they haven't worked, but does anyone want to confirm this? Thanks

Confirmed! Any kodi or xbmc remote will not work with xbmc4xbox.

Remote control buttons from the Eden era "XBMC official remote" worked. The app had a nice homescreen widget that looked like a simple remote I used all the time.

I'm sure is still out there somewhere.

No library or any advanced features work on Xbox. Just the controller entry. In fact, you should be pleased to supplement the XBMC4Xbox Remote features with the functionality of the widget in the old XBMC Remote.

I can't find it this go around, might be incompatible with newer devices or removed from the store

Thanks fxmech, I'll try to see if I can find an older version that works.
If not I guess we can stick to the xbmc4xbox remote..
