How to flash custom bios without a disc?

Not totally off topic cause i want to start XBMC from a custom path

I want to flash my DuoX with a newer custom Evox bios but never found a flash programm, that allows me to flash that bios without burning a disc or using the stock bios.
All this crappy bootdiscs also only have the ability to flash the standard bios

Is there any program which i can ftp over to my xbox, run it and flash my custom bios with 256 or 512 size?

I use EvoXDash to flash my bioses. I edit the m8 bios on the P.C. using EvTool, load the edited bios in the EvoXDash app with all the other bioses there already, FTP the EvoXDash across to the E/ apps on the Xbox and boot it from filemanager in XBMC. The bios flashing feature in EvoXDash is in Utilities. You need the full version of EvoXDash and not the version on Slayer's as the Slayer's version is only a lite version.
