update to latest build error

after i update to latest build, when i turn off xbox and power back on , it goes back to the previous build everytime, i update it to 3.5 beta 2, and it works ,but it goes back to dev 3.3 when powered back on any thoughts?

Remove everything bar the USERDATA folder & install fresh, don't overwrite the USERDATA folder though.

If that doesn't work the. It's not your dashboard your replacing, or some more info on what type of mod you have installed. Software or hardmod.
