Hi deleted my emulators folder inside "unleash x" by mistake.
Can I just make a new folder titled emulators or do I need to do something else?
Accidentally Deleted Emulators Folder.

nope, you can make a new folder, then put your emulators back in it

"Emulators" will be fine but you can name it whatever you want really. I dont think any of the Emu's are dependent on a certain folder, besides stubborn old Xmugen.
