Ok here are the pics of the 2 processors off the motherboard. I have to put the console back together still and will post more pics of the complete xbox when it is done. But I did not want to keep everyone waiting!

Looks like Trusty was inspired by the Friendtech adapter design, the layout looks similar.

it looks like a frequency splitter or something like that as it has a oscilator on it.
it possibly half's the clock cycles.

Looks to me like the switchless board has the capacity to have the switch added, stands to reason that it would be a clone of the friendtech adapter or indeed 1 of the very same. Very interesting

can the oscillator be used for counting? from what Trusty has said and what I have seen the frequency isn't changed as such,
it half's the work cycles of the CPU, so that oscillator has to either be counting states or continuously changing the state of the CPU, in not sure really

But notice one thing. The trusty adapter runs on the 3.3volts and the friendtech is hooked to 5volts.

Yes , "Intel xxxxxxl " , -) ,,So you know now: the hardware of XBOX 1 was designed by the great company: Intel corporation......this is also the main reason why XBOX 1 is very stable and powerful ....

---- Let me think about the possibility...... but the easy way is sending you the new CPU module with speed control circuit .... But I don't know if your old 1.4G module is glued or not, if glued,then it's quite hard to take off the old CPU module ....

and how did you manage to get ahold of the intel schematics for the xbox?

by the way mine is not glued on it is just butt soldered to the adaptor is there bits to solder under the processor ? if so im not going to atempt that my rework station is not that flash, it will popcorn the core before it desolders the chip.
