From another post I wrote :)
If that's the kind of thing you meant?

Example:

Of course it will still be able to boot a disc even if you delete all the dashboards, but its easier than having to mess around with discs.

You'll get loads of answers to this sort of question. :)

I'd always leave the first booting dash in any BIOS as C:\evoxdash.xbe. because that's where all of the autoinstaller discs put the dash if you do a rebuild. It's the closest you get to a standard in the world of Xbox modding. If I wanted XBMC as my primary dash I'd install it in E:\Apps\XBMC\, and put a shortcut at C:\evoxdash.xbe to point to E:\Apps\XBMC\default.xbe - again, that's what many of the autoinstaller discs do.

I use the HeXEn disk, with a look at the readme. You'll find links with the right search.

You have to try hard to screw it up. Especially once you're flashed. I use indbios-5003, but you might have other needs. HeXEn will be nice because you can switch dashboards setup from UnleashX and XBMC depending on your needs.

I use UnleashX for the better FTP speeds, that way I don't have to turn on the TV to do transfers.
