you can install debug/xdk on your xbox to develop. the original thread i read was on another site but sppv is only on xbox-hq, hes talking about debug to remote record an xbox session:

you can get babylon from xbox-hq again now http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/downloads-cat110.html
sppv knows xbox best too hes got stuff running like copied games on sealed (unmodded) xbox hot/live mods on modded machines he does some pretty cool stuff.
