Softmod failed help please

Hi there guys!!!
This is my first post i´ve been reading a bit about walktroughs to get my issue fixed but i still can´t find the one i need so i am going to expose my situation here to see how can help me, first i bought 3 xbox´s originals the first ones that came to the market, my idea its to learn how to mod them to sell them in my country , i was able to soft mod them all 3 of them with this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlF8UDedjYc , wich is very complete even with procedures of how to upgrade the HDD of the xbox , step wich i am not doing YET buy i am gilling to do in the future, all 3 xbox´s i was able to softmod up to the step shown on the video at the minute 19, on the only one that i tried to do the step show at the minute 25 after changing the name of the folder and rebooting the xbox , the xbox shows the green welcome but after that i have a black screen and there is no response from the xbox, you can see what is happening on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vV3hZUibZBs since the xbox its not booting up the xbmc i can not access to the xbox trough the ftp or do anything to that xbox in particular , all the info that have use to to the softmods on the xbox´s i took it from that video and this web site , now going forward with the soft mod the other 2 xbox´s i have them on the first xbmc , wich i like but i will like to upgrade it, no besides that I saw this post http://coinopsproject.freeforums.org/co ... t1213.html and i wonder if that is the best option to get all the emulators and roms available for the xbox , I still have not downloaded any of the emulators into any of the xbox´s because i don´t know where to get them , so here i am , asking for help and instructions.
To who ever helps me to get my xbox´s in the same way it is shown up on the video i posted were i got the info from OR BETTER i will pay him/her via paypal for the help after finishing the xbox softmod , one more time i am looking foward to make money with this softmods on the xbox´s and I need to learn how to do it correctly and here at my country there are no schools that teach that kind of stuff, thanks for your time.

Thank you very much for the info , i was not able to access to the recovery mode on the one i change the named of the XBMC directory , never the less i tried to do the same on the other 2 and was able to access to the recovery mode , i did just in case that i might be doing something wrong, but yes the red letters to access to recovery mode did show up on the other 2 , in the one i need to recover it did not, you can heard the HDD like loading or trying to load something but the xbox does not do anything!!!

I've read your post now, but I skipped it earlier because it was a big block of text. Try breaking it down a bit, its easier to read
I expect no one wants to sit through the 27 minute tutorial video either.
I've read the videos description though and it looks like you're using the Splinter Cell exploit, what happens when you put the Splinter Cell game disc into the xbox?

thank you man for your help , i was able to install up to XBMC , but i think i damage one of the 3 xbox´x while trying to update the XBMC i think i used the wrong file and now the xbox is not booting up, the other 2 I still have not tried to update the XBMC because I don´t know which is the right file and i don´t want to mess them up !!! any help here please

Have you tried loading up an auto-installer disc like Slayers 2.7 or Hexen? If you put these into the xbox and re-boot it the xbox should boot from the auto-installer CD and give you FTP access to do what you need to do. I hate using softmods unless it's a machine with a factory hard drive but if i remember right XBMC will be in another directory aside from F/E/or whatever. Many different softmods out there and i havent taken the time to look at your video but someone should chime in, if not i'll look at it tonight and try to guide you through it. Cheer and good luck.

if you want a softmod the best way to do it cheaply and with new software is sid 5 babylon its probably the most current exploit out and a new version is sceduled to be released in december (babylon 2). It is a hugely complex installer and the easiest one ive ever used, it comes with a lot of current emulators (updated) not available anywhere else. as well as many apps to really get the best out of your xbox.

sppv at xbox-hq has taken multiple exploits and installers and created the ultimate up-to-date installer. i highly recommend anyone from beginner to advanced use this. i dont think there are any other projects currently still developing.
