I hate to ask this but how do you go back in the HDM terminal?

Its been a very long time since I used it but I think it uses midnight commander? anyway I think along the top you have the F keys like on your keyboard, one of them should be Help or something similar. I seem to remember it tells you all the keys on there. Hit the corresponding F key on your keyboard to make the menu drop down.
