Hi, what are the steps to follow in order to be included in next revisions of xbmc4xbox?

Best way is to take the sources down on your PC, no need to build since you're changing string XML files, just the SVN download part:

Then change the files locally, keeping a track of what you changed, then when finished TortoiseSVN feature to create diff patches:

Finally, see the Development tab at the top, create a RedMine account and logon with it, then create a ticket with details of what you changed (translations for etc) and attach the .patch files.
This will make it easier to Buzz to take those patches and apply / commit them to the repository.
