[Skin] Confluence Lite Green Mod

Hi guys,


This is my first post on the forums, so I hope you don't mind it being in the skins section. This skin is a mod of the Confluence Lite skin. Confluence is a really nice skin but, the blue color scheme didn't make it feel "Xbox" enough. So, I've modified the textures to make the skin green. Here are some screenshots:

Here's a small update:

I changed the small Confluence logo to the Xbox logo, like sealeysonic said (Great idea). I've also changed the font, mostly for testing, but it looks very good. (The font is WeblySleek UI).

If you guys have any more ideas, let me know.

VERY nice skin. I've been using the Confluence Lite skin with the Kryptonite theme for quite a while and this has just about perfected it. I love that you replaced the Confluence logo with the XBOX one. I've always preferred having a skin tailored to the XBOX. The only thing I can think of that might make it even better is having a backdrop that's totally XBOX themed instead of 360 themed.

Yeah green is cool for Xbox.... I didnt realise it was a 360 theme - looks good to me thou....

I was a bit worried when I saw your Free Memory at 16Mb but then noticed you are running in 1080i.

Hoping to test this today... dam work gets in the way

1080i is actually worst then 720p

So, I went ahead and tried RoyalX's idea......




......And made this wallpaper, which is not really pretty. It does look like the original Xbox dashboard though. I might need a bit of help for the wallpaper part . (Tell me what you think.)

I usually have it in 720p, I only used 1080i for the screenshots. In 720p, I have about 30MB free on idle. (The screenshot posted here is in 720p)

About the wallpaper, it is kinda big IMO.
And now it is all green. It should be black with the green grid.
Hope somebody with experience can help you.

For this kind of work you need an illustrator guy (Ai, Vector).

I have an XBOX/revo & xbmc on the same TV & it confuses the hell out of the kids (controllers). lol
this will do nicely in helping them tell apart
