I'll be updating this post as and when I add new content to the whufclee/xbox friendy playlist or when there's any new important information regarding Navi-X.
For those of you that aren't aware, I created an xbox friendly playlist within Navi-X last year. This was mostly based on other Navi-X users content that I tested on Xbox and could confirm as Xbox friendly. I'm continually adding content that I feel will be useful to the xbox crowd and if there's any media you're after (TV shows, movies, sport, adult content, music, radio, downloads etc.) the chances are you'll find it on that playlist somewhere. Massive thanks go to justme4u2c, turner, boseman, k1mo5, tikkiiew and everyone else that contributes to the project.
Although this playlist was originally designed for xbox users you can use it on any platform you want. It used to only show content that was in SD as the xbox struggles with HD streams but now it will show all content. If using xbox then generally any HD (720/1080) streams won't work so stick to SD content where possible.
If you want to check it out you can install Navi-X via XAI and the homepage will default to my playlist. If you already have Navi-X installed and prefer to find it yourself then you'll find it under User Lists>User Media - By User>whufclee
Known Issues:
Navi-X running on xbox will struggle to play streams if you are low on FreeMem. The most common cause for this is users running memory intensive skins such as Confluence, Transparency etc. Recommended skins: Slik, XTV-SAF, PMIII, JX720 (there are some lite mods available of other skins which also work fine including a Confluence one which you'll find on XAI).
New Additions:
[23/07/12] Added Bosemans Noobroom scraper - located in the "Movies/TV Shows" section.

Video Guide Using The Playlist And Navi-X In General
This is a little outdated now but well worth a watch if you're new to Navi-X. Ignore the bit that tells you to install via "Addons4Xbox Installer" - that is the old method and you should now be using XAI. The playlist is better organised now and looks a little sleeker too:
Enable Adult Content

Hmmm... sorry I don't know what to tell you - did you check you spam folder? I also use Gmail and I guess it must have worked for me!
Best bet would be to go over to the navixtreme website and see if you can contact them.
Good luck.

Also, if you go over to www.xbmchub.com there is a dedicated Navi-X section and IronBill (he's been with Navi-X since the beginning of time!) will answer any questions or you could PM him via that site.
