there are already a few posts with info that could be useful to be stickied in a forum section, and being a guides section, it doesnt need to have discussion whereas a skins area being a discussion area, doesn't feel needed to me yet - there are very few skin devs etc, so discussion may as well continue in xbmc development or so. I dont think the situation is yet, that there are so many skin threads, they need their own place.
