Freeze after x, certain DVDs

Hello. Our Xbox1 with XBMC has problems reading certain DVDs. Behaviour:

- the DVD starts fine
- when i let it run, it will stop at the about same moment every time (after about 10 seconds)
- when i start the DVD and start fast forwarding it, i get past the point where it normally freezes, but after a few seconds it will freeze on another point

What i did:

- i deleted the UDATA and TDATA face008 folders
- i cleaned X: Y: and Z:
- i downloaded a T3CH and normal XBMC (from http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc/?mode=NSAC&AR=XBOXT) and installed both, both act identical regarding the freeze
- installed XBMC as dashboard, wondering whether evo.x was taking up to many resources
- i cleaned the disc
- i tried the disc on other devices, for instance a Mac with VLC or a PS3, and it runs fine

What i wonder if there is something in the way this DVD is coded (codec) that makes XBMC start showing the picture, but chokes it after a couple of seconds.
