After trawling through all the hundreds of emails received over the past few weeks I found one from Kozz telling me where the new site was. A very nice surprise to my return from holiday - a new site with loads of the old faces already on board, a nice shiney new raspberry pi to play with and the news that XBMC Android has been released for testing. Things are indeed looking up.

Thanks for the resurrection of the forum Buzz and all your continued hard work on the project, and thanks to everyone else out there making this such a great community. For the past 20 days I've not had any internet access so have had to replace all you virtual friends with alcohol - the jury's still out on which one gives me the bigger headache though! Well I suppose I'd better go through all the posts and see if there's any content I can add.

Craig, if you're out there somewhere we wish you all the best and hope everything is ok.

craig is around - he has been working on his http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc/ site.

an explanation of what happened to the old site/data was never really forthcoming. can't say I'm very happy about that. I assume data is lost forever though.

Has anyone else spoke to Craig? (mods, python/skin devs)

I would hope both sites are on speaking terms, it would be nice to have a backup and vice versa of builds, skins and plugins. I don't the full story of what went on but hope the xbmc4xbox community can endure the speed humps and move on.

domain belongs to Craig who ran the old site. I guess we could ask him about it, but we might get as little response as we did to the questions about the old data.

Ah well, I guess that's close. I was really hoping we'd get our old domain back, but if someone else is hanging onto it for a rainy day, there's not much we can do about it.
