How do you have FileZilla show you how fast FTP transfers are, and total remaining time of the queue?

I am never able to 11-12mbps transfer speed. My Xbox and PC (Windows 7) are connected to a gigabit hub, and that is connected to a wifi router, which is wireless bridged to my DSL modem/router

XC-3730C I am now using filezilla and unleashX to ftp a massive 75gb file from W7 laptop to xbox and can confirm it is by far the fastest method I have tried so far to transfer files , you have to set unleash x to 10 transfers and filezilla to 9 and it flies ( you need different settings I believe if the files are big ) , if you scroll the files in the que you will see the transfer rate , mine at the moment is transferring at 9 meg combined .
I can't see a time remaining tab tho

dont transfer with 9 concurrent connections. limit it to to 2 overall, and to minimize risk of file corruption only upload 1 file at a time.

it just is best practice for the old Xbox...

filezilla showes by default speed and time i did nothing special
dont do 9 connections do 1 or max 2 is best
maybe your problem is wifi i have evyrthing cable

I now have an xbox with Xecuter 3. The built in FTP server gives me around 11-12mb transfer speed, even with FlashFXP (which I prefer), but using UnleashX the connection is more solid.
