Most cameras will have a macro setting which will let you take pictures a little closer, on my camera the symbol is a flower. If your camera has a macro setting or not just take a picture as close as you get the camera to focus on, with a little luck and megapixels we'll be able to see what's going on.
To avoid shaky hands blur try using the timer setting on the camera with it mounted on a tripod or just sitting on a surface with the xbox mother board up on its side at 90 degrees.
If you have a scanner you can also try scanning the motherboard, be careful not to scratch the scanners glass bed though!
Good luck :)

Okay, would this mean anything? Whenever i push the Eject button the led flashes green like its giong to open it. Then the Xbox reboots and the LED flashes green a few times more and goes to solid green.

EDIT: Okay how the heck do i put pictures on this forum?

It's not looking good for you right now.

What happens when you power on the Xbox?

You should also be able to attach images to your posts, it's under the input field (the box you type in) upload attachment.

When i power it on The DVD rom checks for a disc, the hard drive spools up, and the fan powers up to the original speed. The LED is green and at no point changes colors. It doesnt act like it loads the softmod though it just acts like an unmodded xbox. It has no audio or video output. When i push the Eject button on the front it shuts down, and boots up again. The LED flashes green when you push Eject like you were normally opening the drive tray. The tray does not come out though.

It's not the EEPROM, the console would boot flash green 3 times reboot & flash green or red.

Yours is crashing on boot, that's why when you press eject it reboots.

I think you may have damaged the Tsop chip, or you have bridged the wrong points, you need to get these images up so we can see.

It could also be because you have not enabled full writing of the Tsop, solder the wire to where the diagram shows.

You don't need to desolder it, once it's done leave it done.

Also what AV cable are you using?

Okay im having a problem posting the images. Im using the stock AV cable (yellow red and white RCA jacks) whenever i select "add file" it just hangs, then says the connection was reset.

To post images you can attach them to a post or use an image hosting website (imgur or photobucket photobucket).
The best way to take pictures of very small stuff is to turn off the flash and use lights, lots of light, while avoiding glares.

OKAY got the pictures uploaded to photobucket.

I have it password protected so password: XBMC4XBOX

Lemme know what you think or if you have problems.

Edit: Please excuse the dust. It should not be the problem because i have run this xbox for a while and it was way more dusty before i opened it.

Everything looks fine, but why haven't you soldered the extra wire to supply the chip with 5v?

That enables write mode on the Tsop chip, like I said before this could be why you get no output.

I didnt attach the wire because i heard other people to say not to before you boot the Xbox. Then when you go to flash TSOP connect it. Well il solder it on and see.

If you have a Sharp TSOP, you NEED to solder that wire into place or else you wont be able to flash it. Don't connect it while it's on, you might screw something up.

Also, HeXEn takes a while to boot. That's normal.

Not a good sign.... I had a console that did this (V1.0), I had to do this to get it back to life: http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Repairs/ComaConsole.htm
(I ended up killing it by connecting wrong wires while bank switching. I tried to save it with a modchip but damage was already done. it was my fault, don't worry, it's not very difficult)

If that IS your problem, which is most likely the case looking at the syndromes it has, you'll have to connect a wire from A19 to the ground point on the capacitor (look at the picture on the page, it is under the motherboard). If the console still does the same, connect the wire to A18 (while still being attached to ground). If it STILL doesn't boot, your TSOP is probably f*cked. You'll have to get a chip.

(This is where i got my chips from BTW, very good place: http://www.eurasia.nu/shop/product_info ... cts_id=266)

I hope you get it working !

Good luck ;)

Its hard to tell since its out of focus but there might be some solder splatter causing a short near the pin header thingy(that's the technical word )

okay i figured out what it is. Im using some not-very-sticky masking tape to keep the solder from dripping all over things. Thats probably the sticky stuff from the tape and shouldnt harm the board or be conductive.

Well, crap.... I think its botched. Even with the wire connected it did the same thing. The solder to the last pad was fragile and mighve fallen off in motherboard re-instertion. Idk what the crap to do now..
