I agree with Hakko. I said it before on the other old forum. Hakko are the best Irons I have ever used and I used multiple types for 15 years at my last company. They are pricey though. Not sure about the specific one you posted.

I got mine here slightly cheaper
By the way, whoever asked how the solder station is working out - yes it's finally working out great. Now I have one of these little helper things I'm finally getting the hang of basic soldering. Yesterday I modified an xbox dvd dongle so I could use it on USB and today I fixed a broken USB flash drive. Slowly getting there!
