Lost 100GB ON F Drive HELP?? [SOLVED]

HI,
I recently re-installed softmod using hexen but now i have lost 100 gb of F drive please can someone help not sure how to fix this below is the output from filezilla when connecting to xbox and i checked F drive it has no contents no files no folders and i have selected the option in filezillla force showing hidden files??

I have 160GB HDD Installed but carnt use any of it at the min

I lauched extras from hexen disc and re-formatted F drive

took a while to find pass to format which is AYBX is anyone else needs it : )
