Flac / mp3 play on laptop via Xbox?

A strange , maybe even noob question perhaps; is it possible to somehow play flacs on my laptop Through the xbox ? Sometimes it's easier for me to work on my laptop en play music with it. BUt audio output sucks ofcourse.

Can, for example, an installed Xbmc on pc 'talk'with xbmc on the 'box?

what is this : Hi,
When you run the add-on during media playback, a dialog appears where you can choose between your remote XBMCs (Play/Queue).
After installing the add-on, the options will appear at the first start. Type in the needed connection-data for your remote XBMCs (max. 3).
The local media must of course be equally accessible from both XBMCs.

Okay thanks for that! Did.t get it to work at first run, but ill try some more.

I used to use the Webgui's but I found them clunky to use. Also XBMControl ( http://code.google.com/p/xbmcontrol/ ) , which i liked a lot but that stopped apparently at 0.4.7 and had several bugs in it.


Question though : does t has to be installed on both xbmc's, as the app seems to give an error on 'Eden'.
