Overall which Mod is the best?

A typical google only search shows information on PC version mods.

Is there a textures mod?

For textures, you need to change the TXD type with TXDworkshop to "VCxbox" for it to work on the xbox. This goes for all textures, including car textures

I used 7-zip then Xbox C-tool.

Don't run this mod with component cable unless you're displaying it at 480p doing so will cause sprite problems(1.0 xbox)

Use standard av cables for SD sets.
