Help needed please for Navi-X thank you!

Hello community, I just recently softmodded my old xbox in order to be able to watch navi-x on xbmc.
Everything went well except that for some navi-x movies when I try to watch them (especially the "justme4u2c movies" ), the fps drops down to 8-10 which is unwatchable...and some other movies or channels are good though (around 30 fps)....Im asking, is there a solution to fix the low fps movies to make them watchable....because on my apple TV and my computer, those same movies are very good and watchable at high FPS....so the problem doesnt come from Navi-X it comes from the XBOX....is there anything I can do or its simply a performance issue in the XBOX and theres nothing we can do? Should I find a way to overclock my XBOX? Is there a special utility that I can FTP or script or special setting that I'm missing? thank you very much in advance
by the way I have the latest 3.2 XBMC stable and the smaller version of Navi-X posted here to save Ram...
If anyone has ideas or a solution....I will owe them forever!!! I so want it to work...

Download the movies and watch after they have downloaded is what I do myself. If it still won't play, change it to a format the Xbox is happy to play.

how do you download the movie from navi-x? is it possible? I dont see an option "download movie" anywhere :S

ok, figured it out and downloaded the movie and guess what, the quality is still so high that fps goes to 5-7 even when the movies downloaded O.o what should I do!?

Use my playlist which is xbox friendly (if you install the navi-x script via XAI it will make my playlist the homepage). Unfortunately a lot of justme4u2c content is high quality and the xbox is incapable of playing it. If you stream SD content the xbox it's great - the occasional 720p video will work but mostly they are encoded with such high settings these days the old girl just can't cope with it. Don't get me wrong the xbox can play HD quality stuff but it has to be encoded correctly. You could try playing the file with mplayer but it's unlikely it will work if it won't work with DVDPlayer. Also there are some settings (in system settings) that you can fiddle with, try to enable full codec support and see if that works. I wouldn't recommend keeping it on that setting though as a lot of stuff will fail to play due to not enough free memory.

For movies and TV shows just stick to the [removed] plugin that comes with Jans build, that works great.
