Softmod error

I bought an softmodded xbox, long story short I saw tutorials and tried to update softmod through and game and it blacked out, I restarted and it doesn't launch the unleash x menu, it still read games don't know if there is a tool that I can burn to a disk.

UPDATE: I've been trying to resoftmod through an game, it does the whole process, still retrieve an eeprom, but still blacked out after the xbox blubber animation. I did run again the softmodding tool and did like was loading files and appears an error message along of a wait for recovery mode that never ends, worked on it yesterday and today I just ran again but this time entered de nk patcher menu, while in that menu I was able to connect with FTP, it has archives in every partition, also had an file of emustation
