Help setting up default tab when XBMC (Origins skin) starts and how to delete others?

I've been using XBMC for years but recently decided to update my setup and discovered the glory of the Origins skin.

With this dash I want to do things right and have it start on the Games tab as seen here
as opposed to the last 12 years where it always started on Videos.

If I go to the settings I can have Origins start on pretty much any other tab than Games.

I tried to open Home.xml in Notepad++ to poke around but I don't know what I'm doing exactly and the fact that it is the only xml file in the 720 folder that loads as a single long line is making it very hard to read for me to make educated guesses.

So, does anyone know how I can make Origins start on the Games tab?

And does anyone know how I can delete/hide the pages like Weater, Plugins and other pages I won't really touch?
