Setting variable paths to launch xbe

Hey, new to this. I'm trying to make this as flexible as possible and be able to launch a specific app on multiple setups, my link looks like this:

I'd like to have it check all partitions and in \apps\ as well, would I have to write a command for it to reference or could I reference programs,apps items somehow? I'm not sure what that would look like.
