Blast from the past, can anyone help skin help

Hi, I have come here today because I need help from someone that may have seen it all. I just spent about 10 hours trying to figure out how to make my old xbox boot and I have finally done it with help of other people around the net. But its not complete without the old skin that I've come to like.

I hope my description of the skin is helpful, The skin itself looks like Confluence elegant non the less but , Instead of having side scroller , it has a bottom layout scrolling . I've looked all over for it but can not find it nor a picture reference to it . If anyone knows where to go please help me out.
