SVN 32470+ 'Play Multiple Clips'

Hi everyone - I'm new here and I'd like to say how great it is to see people still hard at work on my favorite black box!

I had previously posted this over at XBMC.org and it was recommended that I ask over here so here is what I've been trying to do:

I've been doing a lot of reading in the forums lately about trying to get some plugins working on my good old xbox - I'm running one of the latest nightly builds from XBMC4XBOX.

The plugin in particular that I've been playing with is 'Canada On Demand' and I've managed to get most of the sites working and streaming at reasonable rates that I am happy with but there is 'one' more thing that I've been trying to get working and that is the 'Play Multiple Clips' setting in the plugin settings. XBMC freezes with this enabled.

From what I've gathered so far - there was a 'bug' that affected all builds of XBMC during the 'Dharma' days that now has been fixed in Eden. I have confirmed this myself on an Eden build on my laptop - the above script works fine with multiple clips enabled.

I know Bluecop has had great experience with this issue as he logged ticket #9811 detailing this problem over at XBMC.

My questions that I'm hoping someone can help with are:

1) Was the 'fix' in the XBMC code itself or was it the 'new' version of 'librtmp' that fixed the issues?
2) Or can the plugin be updated to 'stack' the files instead of using the 'playlist'?
3) And finally - can a fix be easily ported to XBMC4XBOX?

This would be all I need to make this plugin one of the best that I've installed yet on the xbox!

It was me who recommended you post here - welcome btw. looks like the thread was nuked from xbmc.org

I can't help specifically now, but I doubt the problem is librtmp related as our version is as up to date as theirs.

It could be a python issue - if you could post a debug log that might give me some info, although im unsure what the option does when turned on - being a plugin option, it might be some python compatibility issue. anyway.

If we start with a debug log, maybe we can go from there. cheers.

Hi Buzz - I figured that must have been you over there.

Sure I'll grab some logs - did you want them posted directly or use a posting service?

I think my post is still over there - it's just moved on to page 3 because of no updates.

To explain the behavior at little further - basically as soon as I turn on 'Play Multiple Clips' and then restart the plugin and go to a channel that has multiple clips for one episode - everything freezes when I select the folder that I want to play.
Without the multiple threads turned on the folder will open and I can see all the clips and can play any of them.
