Model B?
SD Card?
Power Adapter?
Revision?
Codec Licenses?
I'm interested in it for sure. I ordered one but I have no idea when it will ship.

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I had read on raspberrypi.org that there may be some 2.0 boards in the wild. Not a deal breaker for me honestly.
I know it's hard to find at the moment which is probably why the asking price is a little high (or maybe it's just the decline of the euro) but if you're willing to take US$45 shipped to the 67207 I can take it off your hands.

I understand. We don't pay tax on internet purchases here so I wasn't expecting that as part of the price. We have a sales tax when we buy locally but when we resell it from individual to individual there is no tax involved.
Let me know if you decide to let it go for US$45.00 shipped.

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
mine cost more than that shipped from the uk to the uk. You are better off buying once they are readily available in the USA I should think. In regards to tax, you don't need to charge sales tax here unless you are VAT registered, but that is not the issue - more that XBS paid the tax, so it's quite normal to pass that on, especially for an item so new and in demand.WannabeGT4 wrote:I understand. Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I don't usually make it a habit of paying above MSRP for anything especially not used electronics. I surely won't be buying from opportunistic resellers on ebay. They are most of the reason the average Joe can't get one from first party retailers. I thought it was a fair offer. Just trying to point out the way things are usually done here in America. I've got one on order already, but like I said before I don't know when it's going to ship.

I thought the ebay price wasn't opportunist but about the right amount personally.

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
if you have an order in and its much cheaper then go with that. we may pay more for stuff due to our VAT rates. it doesnt mean xbs offer is unfair. i think it completely reasonable. I personally think your offer is pretty low - considering it may cost $15 just for postage.

Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
Meh. Oh well. New here is US$35 plus shipping. I figured $35 plus $10 shipping was fair for a used piece of electronics. It is a pretty small package after all. It's all a moot point anyway. If he doesn't want to take $45 he's not obligated to. I thought I'd throw out the offer I'm comfortable with. If it's too low oh well worst that can happen is he says no.BuZz wrote:if you have an order in and its much cheaper then go with that. we may pay more for stuff due to our VAT rates. it doesnt mean xbs offer is unfair. i think it completely reasonable. Re: For sale Raspberry Pi
I can't accept for the simple reason that US$45 is 35€.
Like BuZz said, if postage is $15 I'll be selling it for $30 which is way too low.
For $30 I prefer to keep it just as a replacement for the one I'm using.

Understood. Good luck with the sale. Let me know if anything changes... e.g. the value of the euro.xbs wrote:I can't accept for the simple reason that US$45 is 35€.
