Show Us Your Modded IND Bios

Post by xman »

I've been ripping out modchips and TSOPing machines and using the IND bios. As I'm new to this bios, I want to see what you guys are using to give me some ideas. A big thumb for the pretty ones. ;)

Only thing I done was have a custom config path

I prefer a clean boot up, so no animations or logos.

I may at some point see if I can even remove the loading ind-bios txt.

Ow well I may be able to help you. Give this IND config file a test drive. Just re-name your existing ind-bios.cfg in your c drive to 0ind-bios.cfg and place this one in the c drive and give it a go. It has no flubber, no ind bios intro screen. I take no credit for this one, Xphazer supplied it to me. If you don't like it, change your one back to ind-bios.cfg instead of 0ind-bios.cfg you changed it to and delete out this one and the bios will revert back to what you had before testing this one.

It is just the ind-bios.cfg file and requires unzipping before you install in your C drive. You may need to alter the custom config path if you want to use it full time but if you throw in a Slayer's install disc, you should be right to just use it's FTP ability to load, edit the .cfg name and test with just to give you some idea what this .cfg is like. ;)

I had a decent sized zip file floating around with a bunch of different configurations. Once xbox-scene's forums are back up I'll try to track it down.
