Hardrive Upgrade

Hey guys

I'm after some advice. For the past day and a bit I've been trying to upgrade my Xbox hardrive I've been using chimp and following a guide on YouTube managed to clone the drive and lock it. When I go to try and boot the Xbox it just hangs on the logo with Microsoft at bottom sometimes it hangs and then just freezes on a black screen I'm not sure what's wrong :/

Hardrive is a Seagate 160gb model Xbox is version 1.6 with softmod running unleashx
