Softmod switch back from HD

Hi , to switch back to standard definition on a softmodded box do I just use HeXen to reverse the process ?
Do I need to boot to Xbox dash and change the video settings in there too ?

It's so I can use the box with standard leads rather than component .

Just plug the standard leads in - it will switch to what ever you put in... composit, SCART etc.

It will only allow HD resolutions if it detects component leads. you might have to switch back to PAL if your TV doesnt like NTSC.

Ahh right , thank you , so there is really no point in not switching to high definition then

The substantial reason to stick with PAL is if your telly can't do NTSC. ...most modern tellies can.
