If you make your own jewel you could possibly make a stencil of what design you want and then etch the glass/acrylic to make your design. It wont be milled with a 3D look but it might do what you need. I've never done an xbox jewel but i've etched some glass for a sub-box and it turned out nice.

we have a pantograph at work it is basically a mill with handle you follow like a stensil and it reduces or enlarges the engraving on the stensil.

i did think of using it for making custom jewels, i have used it as a budget mill and it works great.

Hi guys, got this xbox yesterday, wondeful paint job
Works just fine though, no mods other than the emulsion brush? paint job.

My brother-in-law has re-painted this case, still by brush, but a better job than the original

So I just received my New Dead or Alive Xbox in the mail yesterday I paid only $351 CAD for it, I also bought a board from a guy named trusty it has a 1.4ghz CPU with a 1.4-1.0 Speed switch and 128mb Ram. I stole the parts from my other blue xbox that had an X-tender and building/selling my old blue one once I'm finished. So I took a day and worked on my new one and as you can see I originally have a broken LCD and Bios Bank #2 has no Lit LED but this is a project so far. I'm going to install an Xerc 2 XE and a Pulse VU Chip in it once I get some 30/26 AWG wires and LED strips/Cathodes for it. I also have a brand new X-tender and LED Fan coming in the mail which I'm installing to this xbox which I might post a pic once its finished or make a youtube video or something.

That has to be one of the rarest Xbox setups around...I wouldn't mind your blue system when you sell it.

X3CE Modchip, (Not Working) cant boot a bios to flash it. No bios on it.
Pin Header and wires solder to board
V1.4 Stock Xbox motherboard

Bottom of the case is damaged/cracked can only screw 5 bolts out of the 6
scratches on the X-tender, damaged bolt inside on the top left of the case.
Stock Red/Green Eject PCB

Selling as is for now I'm thinking around $400 CAD OBO for the whole thing.
