I dont have that sort of cash but i offered to take him some cables to see what on it as im just outside Edinburgh.

Searching these boxes has just paid off i just found a crystal x3 with lcd and 500gb HD for £40

I find it strange he has something he's been trying to punt something for 400 now 200 and won't go to cex and buy a cable for 2 quid to see if it works.

tis fishy. He is probably hoping to get a higher price with the story that there might be interesting stuff on it when he knows there isn't.
