I checked it further and it seems to be a bootable DVD installer-type disk.

Last updated in 2006 from what I could tell. Didn't download it for that reason. I wasn't modding back then but I don't see any reason anybody should use it...

Yes , it's old but work very well and it's very simply to use

The download is a file rar with inside a iso to burn DVD (is possible use any decent tool for this ....)
