Swaps for lots of old bits

I've got a couple of old boxes that are short of working DVD drives, which I'd love to complete.

I've also got a bunch of spare parts which I'd be happy to swap:
- case parts, lids, bases, front panels, (all black not crystal)
- power supplies,
- DVD and HDD trays,
- shielding,
- power switch boards.
- a mostly complete softmodded XBOX v1.6 with CoinOps 6 lite installed, but non-functioning ethernet port.
- Several non-working DVD drives, possibly fixable for someone with the inclination .

Does anyone want to do any swaps? (I'm in West Berkshire, happy to swap in person or by post in UK.)
