Question about xbmc initial install

Could I just to a disk to disk install of this? What I mean is if I could find an already done xbox could I just take that disc and have it be imaged to the other disc? I'm asking because I only have the xbox with a controller, plug, and tv hookups. Basically I could use a way to install this without a memory card or anything besides the basics. If not no biggy was just wondering if its possible.

Do you mean clone the harddrive of another softmodded xbox? the problem there is the hard drive has to be locked using the eeprom key, which is unique to each xbox, so it wouldnt work (to my knowledge). The simplest way to do it would be to buy an action replay, or a modchip
