Black Screen After 128mb Ram Upgrade??

I flashed my 1.0 tsop with x2 5035 and tested it and it was working fine, so I installed the 128mb ram upgrade and now it has no video. The led stays green on the console.

Then you have a short on one or more of the ram chips, you will need to go over them again looking for joined pins.

if I had a short it would frag wouldn't it??

What would it do if one or more of the ram chips was bad??

Update: I guess you was right, I went over it with braid again and now it's working. TY

If using the stock xbox bios yes, but your flashed it with the 5035, so that's a variable changed & that bios supports 128mb.

So it could be trying to load ram but can't. (Xbox reads the ram on each boot)

All you can do is look at your work again & make sure it perfect.

If it is then the only other thing could be the EEPROM is damaged. (Flashes Red/Orange then solid green)
