[SOLVED] XMBC update help

So I did something incorrectly and I need help to fix it. It may be simple but I don't know how. So I downloaded the lastes XMBC4XBOX 3.5 beta 4 and ftp up to F:\apps\XMBC35. I launched XMBC from XMBC35 and testing everything out. It worked well.

So proceeding with the update, I launched Avalanche and renamed F:\apps\XMBC to XMBCold. I renamed F:\apps\XMBC35 to XMBC. After I restart, all I get is a black screen. I tried to hit White and Y during boot so I can ftp back into it but no go. I've even tried to hold down the two thumbstick buttons but nothing. Any ideas to fix this?

So I attached my xbox drive and modified my avalaunch.cfg to point to unleashx.xbe and now I can load up again. I checked my F:\apps\xmbc folder and all looks good. If I point back to F:\apps\xmbc\default.xbe, it'll just blank screen again. So what do I need to do to load XMBC properly?
