xecuter 3 config live ftp problem

hi friends ,i need help with my modded xbox with xecuter 3 ...i have bios x3 3294 installed on the chip and everythings seems to work fine while the xbox boot and appear the config live menu of the xecuter 3. i have installed a 2tb sata hard disk with adapter that work with this xbox for about one year without any problem,last week i decided to format for reorganizate my archive and now i can't transfer file to config live while the connection says times up,it seems that my hard disk won't work because when i format it with the xecuter config live menu i can't see the partition.i have changed the adapter and i have the same problem ,after that i have changed the hard disk and the xbox works fine but still i can't transfer file from my pc to config live...why i don't know...it's been 6 year that i transfer file from my pc to config live without any problem,after that i have changed the ide cable that connect the adapter to the motherboard and now it seems that my hard disk is working fine...still i can't transfer file with config live but i have installed xbmc with an autoinstaller disk and now it seems that it works fine,i don't think that the ide cable was the problem..all is started when i have formatted the drive..have you got any suggestion for help me find a solution?

first of all x3cl does not support large harddisks you must format it with xbpartitioner or you will end up with data corruption in the future.

ftp within x3cl is a bit iffy I would recommend you pop in a slayers/ hexen cd or dvd to ftp data to your xbox but i believe x3cl requires you to add a dns entry with the IP address of the computer serving the data for ftp, for some reason it does not like if you leave it blank.

i believe the password is x3 and the user is x3 just to be sure you are not using xbox and xbox like everything else.

I also noticed x3's ftp displays remaining space on each partition. For me, to enter a partition using Filezilla, I have to delete the trailing junk in the path and make it read /C ... Then hit enter and the contents read fine.

yes i have used xbox partitioner for formatting the drive but yesterday after done this work when i reboot the xbox it will return with f to 120 gb and the rest to g partition.then i am entered in config live and enabled use saved partition table and after that i have formatted the drive using xbpartitioner ,and now seems to work fine.the only things i noticed is that the boot of the modchip was very slowly.it needs 10 seconds to appear the xbox rock the box logo at the bottom of the screen...i don't know if i have a modchip problem..first it needs a couple of seconds to boot...boh

Good. Use saved partition table is the part that threw me for a loop the first time around too.

really ..i don't know ..i have not used this option before..and this drive works fine for about one year first..and this option was disabled... i don't know what is changed..

You have to use the saved partition table on the disc after formatting with xbpartitioner. It works now, right?

yes,now it seems that it works ,the only things it is the modchip that boot slowly..and i noticed that the date after i reset the xbox return to 2004..there is a battery on the board or on the modchip?

A capacitor on the motherboard, see here for how to remove it. If you replace it the xbox will keep the time again, however its easier to have it hooked up to a network so it grabs the time from the internet on boot
