Trying to identify odd Logitech wireless receiver C-X3A18

Post by gmmoen »

Picked up an odd wireless logitech receiver at goodwill today. Wondering if anyone knows what model of controller it works with. It will not sync with my normal logitech controllers

Odd receiver specs - Has black front plate instead of green. Connect button is silver instead of green
Part # 863208-0000
Model# C-X3A18

Normal receiver specs
Part # 863242-0000

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have answered my own question. Thanks FCC :D

It is the receiver for an early model of the logitech wireless xbox controller. The controller(G-RB7) uses 4 AA batteries instead of 2 AA. Also looks to be larger.

Now I just have to find the controller to go with it.
